If you have not yet set the answers to your "Security Challenge" questions and are currently a UNL employee or student
you may attempt to verify your identity below, using your TrueYou username and password - so that we may help you to reset
your My.UNL password. If neither your "Security Challenge" questions nor your TrueYou ID can successfully verify your identity for
the My.UNL services, you MUST contact the Help Center for help.

If your account is a "Sponsored Guest" account (your My.UNL username is your full email address [something like jdoe@service.com])
you can not use the TrueYou method below - it will not work. Sponsored Guest accounts must either answer their "Security Challenge"
questions via the method above, or contact the UNL Help Center for assistance.
